as an Israel I hope the deal will break.
Israel should not relay on old and gas - specially when it comes from unstable arab countries.
we should research “clean” enrgy - like solar or wind powered power stations.
soon, oil and gas power will be a thing of the past and only the western world stops buying its energy sources from dictatorships - the war on terror could be won.

Egypt and Israel are showing that peace between neighboring nations is better than war. That’s a very good thing. Maybe the Palestinians can learn from their Egyptian Arab brothers? Yes, it’s time for the Palestinians to give peace a chance.

dvdtrr…just the way you speak indicate who is the right side and who is wrong side….who are the noble people who face the oppression bravely and sacrifice them and who use foul mouths, propaganda and weapons of mass destruction (e.g. phosphorus weapons used in Falluja, nukes used in Hiroshima, cluster bombs used in south lebanon)….Also one point is clear, zionist jews will never ever be able to admit their mistake…..they just can’t find any mistake within themselves…..

You are right on. To me it seem as the U.S. government is a state sponsor or terror, with all the money and weapons it gives to help the Israeli genocide of the Palestinian people.

They are also the only ones who still support the Palestinians’ right to armed resistance as well. Giving shelter not only to Hamas, but to secular-nationalist groups within the PLO such as the PFLP, DFLP, and PFLP-GC. I don’t think even Persian Iran helps out the secular groups.

Israel has returned to Egypt all the gas and oil fields it captured in 1967 and again 1973 wars. Does it deserve to get any credit from Egypt? What if it would be the other way around?

Egypt won’t walk away from a signed contract. The contract was signed years ago when gas price was cheaper, gas price has been tripled in the past 18 months alone. In addition Israel has returned to Egypt all the gas and oil fields it captured in 1967 and again 1973 wars. Does it deserve to get any credit from Egypt? What if it would be the other way around?

And not only Syria cares for Palestinians but they are holding the biggest number of Iraqi refugees too. Not surprisingly, they are labelled as state sponsor of terrorism by US and Israel.
This post 9/11 world has everything upside down. If somebody is called “good”, blindly you can know that he is the real terrorist and oppressor and vice versa. This is the state where the world is at the moment!!!

This corrupt egyptian government doesn’t represent the will of the people in Egypt. First sin is they are exporting this gas to an aparthied regime and on top of that at 1/7th of the price. What a pity and this is one of the reasons for global unrest today. This is sheer unjustice and Mubarak should go! He is just saving his own a%% and his family’s a%% and thats all about it…..
October 7th, 2008 at 12:30 am
wow jews are such good manipulators. 1/7th of the normal price for this gas, egypt is already poor.

Regardless of what happens, most people seem to never understand how weak religious and cultural ties are. They still put so much importance on such vain things even when they always witness people of the same culture and religion selling each other out. This tribalistic mentality is insanity. The realities in the world are much more complex

Supplying fuel to the terrorist state of Israel is no different than some country supplying fuel to Adolf Hitler during WWII
